I'm Julio. My roots are in business and marketing (ESIC), and for 25 years I've founded and run companies — taking ideas from a napkin to working products in people's hands, through the dot-com era, mobile, VR, IoT, Web3 and now the AI wave.
I think business first, and I build with my own hands. I design the product and the business model, build the MVP myself using AI-assisted development (vibecoding), put it in front of real users, and make the call — kill it or double down. Where a team once needed six months, I now validate in weeks. I've scaled products to millions of users, and I've killed plenty fast. Both taught me the same thing: get it in people's hands early.
I've led teams of up to 45 — and today I ship complete products solo with AI. That's the full range: from running the business and the P&L to building it by hand.
And I run a real P&L, not just ship products: at my company Genexies I started from €3k in 2001, raised €1.2M in 2004, and grew it to a record €1.8M EBIT in 2016.

A property-management platform I built solo, with my own booking engine and channel manager. It already powers two live rental businesses: lavelo.es — a cycling training base of 5 apartments I built myself, with a paid-acquisition campaign running — and visitfageca.com. I'm also running nuriafacturas.com, a live invoicing/accounting product. Concept → product → real revenue, done alone with AI.
